The City of Angels witnessed widespread celebrations after the Dodgers clinched a thrilling seven-game World Series championship. Fans across the globe united with Angelenos in celebration, marking the first time in 25 years that a franchise has achieved consecutive championships.
Victory Parade Attracts Massive Turnout
Los Angeles area events included a procession through the city center on Monday morning, a reserved-seating event at Dodger Stadium, and impromptu gatherings across the city.
Online footage show countless of Angelenos flooding city center avenues, many displaying homemade signs and team flags. The team was seen traveling proudly on a double-decker bus through the crowds, raising the Commissioner’s trophy proudly.
